Run & Gun Box League

More touches. More action. More opportunities to improve.​​​

Run & Gun combines skill development with fast-paced box lacrosse gameplay. Players are placed on balanced teams and receive live coaching while developing their stick skills, footwork, creativity, teamwork, and lacrosse IQ. Each session includes 10–20 minutes of skill work followed by 30–40 minutes of game play.

  • Eligibility: Boys and Girls, grades 2–8

  • Timing: Tuesdays and Thursdays, September 1–October 29; times TBD

  • Location: Tustin Ranch Rink at Heritage Park

  • Cost: $375​

Crush Competitive Box Teams

Take your box game to the next level.​​

 

Represent OC Crush in the Orange County Box Lacrosse League while developing advanced box skills, team systems, physicality, and decision-making under pressure. 

​

  • Eligibility: Boys, grades 5–12, with at least one year of experience

  • Timing: September 1–October 18; practices during the week and league games on weekends

  • Locations: Tustin Ranch Rink (Practices), Victory Athletic Center (Games)

  • Cost: 

    • ​Middle School: $575* (includes participation in the Run & Gun Box League)

    • High School Cost: $295

Skills Academy

Build the skills. Gain confidence. Get ready for winter.

 

The Fall Skills Academy provides a structured, high-repetition environment focused on stick work, shooting, footwork, tempo, decision-making, and lacrosse IQ. Players begin with individual fundamentals before progressing into situational play and competitive game scenarios.

  • Eligibility: Boys and girls, grades 2–8

  • Timing: November 3 or 4 through December 10;

    • Two sessions per week, schedule TBD

  • Location: Loma Vista or Foothill High School

  • Cost: $275​

A progressive training program designed to strengthen fundamentals and prepare players for the winter season.

Crush High School Field Team

Compete. Develop. Prepare for the next level.

​

The OC Crush High School Field Team is a competitive travel program for experienced players seeking strong regional and national competition. Players are placed on Varsity or JV based on age, experience, position, and team needs.

​

  • Eligibility: Boys, grades 9–12

  • Timing: October 1–January 31; Weekend tournaments

  • Tournaments:

    • Varsity: The Final Say, The Creator’s Cup, and War on the Shore

    • JV: The Creator’s Cup and War on the Shore

  • Cost: $395

​

Varsity players will pay Adrenaline directly for The Final Say tournament. Additional practice, travel, and team details will be shared before the season.
